Look, I think 43 is a really good mark, but not my mum, she keeps going on about my potential and stuff, all I know is I NEED this laptop!

What more do you want Berry? If 93% is not a good mark then what more can you do!?! That is a fantastic mark and more than that it's a straight A* at IGCSE. If that is not good enough then you need to reassess your expectations. Nobody is perfect and after all there is more to life than tests. If Einstein was judged on his test scores (C at GCSE Maths) he wouldn't have been let in to university to make the most groundbreaking discoveries of the last century. Chin up you should be proud of yourself.
